Position: E-learning Teacher (Part-Time)
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for teaching? Join our team of educators creating engaging online content for Ethiopian students in grades 7–12.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university (University students are not eligible)
- 0–10 years of work experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)
- Fluent in English and Amharic
- Camera-friendly with strong verbal and written communication
- Strong subject knowledge in any of the following:
- Math, Physics, Economics, Citizenship, Biology, Chemistry, Social Studies, English, Geography, General Science
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and punctuality
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive, high-quality e-learning sessions aligned with course objectives
- Prepare engaging video lessons and study materials
- Guide students’ academic growth and ensure measurable learning outcomes
- Make theoretical subjects practical, engaging, and easy to understand
- Adapt teaching methods to diverse student needs and learning styles
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Passionate about education and digital learning
- Able to teach fluently in both English and Amharic
- Technologically adept and comfortable with camera-facing instruction
- Creative, self-driven, and willing to innovate
- Able to simplify complex concepts for various learning levels
Compensation
Pay Rate: 2,000 ETB per hour
Flexible, part-time teaching schedule
