Current Job Openings at Hijra Bank
1. Branch Operation Supervisor – Metu Branch
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience: - Minimum of 4 years in banking operations
- IFB (Interest-Free Banking) training certification is an advantage
2. Senior Customer Service Officer – Metu Branch
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience: - 3 years of experience in banking
- IFB certification preferred
3. Principal Financing Appraisal – Head Office
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields
Experience: - 5 years (Master’s) or 6 years (Bachelor’s) of relevant experience
- At least 2 years at a senior financing appraisal level
- IFB certification is an added advantage
4. Senior Internal Controller – Head Office
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields
Experience: - 4 (Master’s) or 5 (Bachelor’s) years of related experience
- Minimum of 2 years in auditing
- IFB certification is preferred
5. Manager, Digital Banking – Head Office
Qualifications:
- M.Sc./B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields
Experience: - 8 (Master’s) or 10 (Bachelor’s) years of relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years in a digital banking supervisory role
- IFB certification is advantageous

- Solid understanding of ethical banking principles and financial operations
- Technical expertise relevant to the role you’re applying for
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and reporting skills
- Certification or familiarity with Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is highly preferred
