Position: HR Operation Specialist
Are you a driven HR Operation Specialist Job are you ready to bring structure, compliance, and people-first practices into a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Join United Beverages in shaping Ethiopia’s beverage industry with a purpose-driven HR role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records and data integrity
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and company policies
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination
- Implement and manage ERP or SAP HR modules
- Liaise with line managers to address people-related concerns
- Maintain up-to-date HR databases and support audits
- Provide administrative and operational support for HR projects
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Public Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, HR software, ERP/SAP systems
- Demonstrated analytical, planning, and people management skills
Key Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical thinker with goal-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of full HR operations (from recruitment to offboarding)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
