Position: Junior Supply & Facility Officer
This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in supply chain, inventory management, and facilities coordination. The officer will ensure efficient stock handling, distribution, and storage management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock without overstocking
- Conduct regular stock audits to verify accuracy and prevent theft or damage
- Oversee receipt of incoming goods, ensuring compliance with purchase orders
- Inspect received goods for quality and condition
- Design and maintain efficient storage layouts
- Plan and coordinate distribution of goods to departments or locations
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods
- Continuously evaluate processes for efficiency improvements
- Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- BSc/BA Degree or Diploma
- Fresh graduates (0 years of experience)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Good communication and teamwork skills
