Position: Cashier Receptionist
This role combines front desk reception and cashier responsibilities, making it suitable for fresh graduates with strong communication and customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front desk reception and customer interactions
- Manage cash transactions using a cash register machine
- Provide customer service and respond to inquiries
- Maintain accurate transaction records
- Support daily administrative and reception duties
Qualifications & Requirements
- BA Degree in Hotel Management
- 0 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Fluency in Amharic and English (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of cash register machine operation
- Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
- Physically fit
