Available Positions
Position 1: Customer Service Manager
Job Summary:
Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring excellent service delivery across Addis Ababa and branch offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies
- Lead, train, and supervise the customer service team
- Handle escalated customer complaints
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Monitor and analyze service performance
- Implement feedback systems
- Collaborate with internal departments
- Ensure policy compliance and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
- Minimum 6 years experience in customer service
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
Skills:
Communication (Amharic & English), leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, analytical skills, IT proficiency
Reports to: CEO Manager
Position 2: Salesperson
Job Summary:
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Promote and sell company products/services
- Build strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets
- Prepare presentations and proposals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience (2 years in tech sales preferred)

Job Summary:
Handle front desk operations, administrative support, and accurate data entry tasks.

- Answer and direct calls
- Manage correspondence
- Support HR and office operations
- Maintain reception area
- Enter and verify data accurately
- Maintain records and ensure confidentiality
- Prepare basic reports
Requirements:
- BA Degree or Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience
