Position: Customer Service Officer I
The Customer Service Officer I ensures high-quality front-office service, handling accounts, payments, collections, and responding to customer inquiries efficiently. This role is ideal for banking professionals with experience in customer service and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-office customer service support at the branch
- Handle account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Manage cash and non-cash transactions
- Advise customers and resolve most banking issues at the branch
- Ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant banking experience
- Understanding of general financial products and services
- Knowledge of banking accounting and procedures
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and core banking systems
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
