- Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management

2. Structural Inspector
- Qualification: BSc Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years on highway projects, bridge inspection, major drainage structures

3. Material Inspector
- Qualification: BSc Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in highway project material inspection
- Salary: 16,142 ETB

4. Drafts Person
- Qualification: BSc Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in highway projects, proficient in CADD

- Experience: More than 3 years

8. Civil Engineer IV / Assistant Resident Engineer
- Qualification: MSc/BSc Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management
- Experience: Over 10 years, including Assistant Resident Engineer roles on road, bridge, airport, or railway projects

9. Senior Pavement / Material Engineer
- Qualification: MSc/BSc in Civil Engineering, Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: 8–10 years, with 4+ years in pavement/material engineering for asphalt concrete

10. Senior Civil Engineer / Resident Engineer
