Position: Junior Procurement Officer
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start their career in procurement, supply chain, and logistics within a leading manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing purchase requests and preparing specifications
- Collect quotations/proforma invoices and support supplier sourcing
- Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery to warehouse
- Support import processes, including documentation and bank/customs follow-up
- Maintain and organize procurement records and documents
- Assist in tracking payments, duties, and related costs
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and standards
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting & Finance, Logistics & Supply Chain, Economics, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational and communication skills
