Position 1: Officer, Network Support
Location: Addis Ababa
Education:
Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer/Software Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years at Officer Level II/III or equivalent.
Role:
Responsible for managing and configuring network IT infrastructure and maintaining reliable network services with minimal interruptions.
Position 2: CSO III – Accounts
Location: Ambo & Nekemte Banking Centers
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years at CSO I/II level or equivalent.
Role:
Responsible for customer service, account management, customer acquisition, banking transactions, and promoting bank products and services.
Position 3: Senior Officer, Core Systems
Location: Addis Ababa
Education:
B.Sc. Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years at Officer level or equivalent.
Role:
Responsible for administering and monitoring databases, Core Banking Systems (CBS), and integrated systems connected to the core banking system.
Position 4: Section Head, ATM Services
Location: Addis Ababa
Education:
B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, IT, Business Information Systems, MIS, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as Senior Officer or 1 year as Principal Officer in a supervisory role.
Role:
Responsible for coordinating ATM maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, UAT planning, and testing of ATM applications.
