Educational Qualification:
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field.

Purpose of the Job:
The IT Auditor is responsible for performing complex technical audits of the Bank’s information systems, digital platforms, and IT infrastructure.
The role focuses on:
- Identifying vulnerabilities.
- Ensuring data security.
- Ensuring reliability and integrity of digital assets.
- Auditing core banking applications.
- Supporting the security and reliability of the Bank’s information technology environment.

2. Senior Service Quality Assurance Officer
Educational Qualification:
- BA in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in an officer position.
Purpose of the Job:
The Senior Service Quality Assurance Officer will lead and enhance the Bank’s service quality assurance programs across its various channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with internal service benchmarks and regulatory standards.
- Analyzing customer feedback, audits, and service metrics to identify service gaps.
- Developing and implementing corrective actions.
- Developing actionable insights to improve service quality.
- Updating Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Working with training teams to improve service quality.
- Mentoring Quality Assurance staff.
- Overseeing service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with business units to improve customer experience and service excellence.

3. Senior IT Auditor – Re-advertised

- Applicable laws and regulations.
- Requirements of relevant governing bodies.
The position achieves this through continuous, independent, and objective verification of IT operations and controls.
