About NEBE
The National Electoral Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) is an independent organization established under Article 102 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
As part of the reform of NEBE, the House of Peoples’ Representatives enacted a new proclamation in January 2019, reducing the management board to five members serving full-time for a six-year term.
Position 1: Junior Budget Expert I
Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree: 0 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree: 3 years of experience
- Fields: Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree: 4 years of relevant experience
- Fields: Accounting & Finance, Management, or related fields.
Technical Competencies:
- Financial modeling and data analysis
- Financial management
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and ERP
- Experience with IFMIS and IFRIS
- Commitment to transparency and financial integrity

Education & Experience:

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
