Position: Officer II, Property Management
Zemen Bank is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Officer II, Property Management to support its administrative operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, managing, and filing various property-related contracts for the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and file contracts and agreements related to property and procurement
- Ensure that all property documentation is properly administered and archived
- Support property management processes in compliance with internal policies and Ethiopian legal standards
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Assist in tracking and managing property assets and contracts for renewals or terminations
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Purchasing & Supplies Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Prior experience in contract administration or property
- management is an advantage
