Position: Network Admin Expert
Ethiopian Skylight Hotel is hiring a Network Admin Expert to maintain, monitor, and enhance the performance and security of the hotel’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Huawei and Cisco equipment, hold relevant certifications, and ideally have experience with CCTV systems like Honeywell.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Option 1 – BSc Degree Holders:
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or any IT-related field from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT, networking, or system administration
- Certifications: Huawei (HCNA, HCIA, HCIP) or Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) preferred
- Bonus: Experience in CCTV administration with Honeywell surveillance systems is highly desirable
OR
Option 2 – MSc Degree Holders:
- MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Certifications: Huawei or Cisco networking certifications
- Bonus: Experience with Honeywell CCTV systems
Additional Requirements:
- Age: 18 – 35 years
- Required documents: 8th Grade Certificate or Birth Certificate, and 1 passport-size photo during application submission
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure using Huawei or Cisco technologies
- Perform network diagnostics, security updates, and system upgrades
- Administer CCTV systems (preferably Honeywell)
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Monitor network performance and suggest enhancements
- Maintain secure and optimized IT systems for hotel operations
