As part of our continued growth and global outreach, we are now hiring fresh graduates to join our innovative and expanding team in Addis Ababa.
Open Positions
Position 1: Jr. Business Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 0 years of experience (Fresh graduates of 2024/2025 encouraged to apply)
- CGPA of 2.75/4.00 or higher preferred
- History of volunteering is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills
- Female candidates strongly encouraged to apply
Position 2: Jr. Accounting & Finance Officer
Qualifications:
- Female applicants with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- 0 years of experience (Fresh graduates welcome)
- CGPA of 2.75/4.00 or higher preferred
- Volunteer history is a bonus
- Professional level English communication skills
Position 3: Junior Structural Engineer
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with a graduation project in structural engineering design
- CGPA of 3.25 or above
- Internship experience with a design firm before graduation is preferred
- Strong structural/statical modeling and computer design skills
- Fluent in professional English
- Applicants must reside in Addis Ababa
