Position Summary: Principal Officer – Corporate Credit Appraisal
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or other related fields.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant banking experience.
- At least 1 year of experience at the Senior Officer level in a professional/expert capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate corporate credit appraisal operations.
- Review and evaluate corporate loan applications.
- Ensure thorough financial, risk, and creditworthiness analysis in line with bank policy.
- Prepare comprehensive credit appraisal reports for submission to the Credit Committee.
- Oversee workflow and credit appraisal progress.
- Work closely with business units to ensure timely loan processing.
- Monitor adherence to the bank’s lending standards, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and support for credit approvals.
- Contribute to the development of credit evaluation tools and frameworks.
