1. Trainee Property Valuator
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
- Experience: Not required (Fresh graduates encouraged)

2. Senior Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: 3 years of banking operations experience
- Additional: Knowledge of Islamic banking (IFB) is advantageous
- Openings: 3
- Location: Addis Ababa
3. Branch Manager I
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields
- Experience: 6 years in banking operations; IFB knowledge preferred
- Openings: 3
- Location: Addis Ababa
4. Branch Operation Supervisor
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields
- Experience: 4 years in banking operations; IFB knowledge preferred

5. Customer Service Manager
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields
- Experience: 5 years in banking operations
- Additional: IFB training certification is advantageous
