Position 1: Senior Internal Control Officer
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
- 4 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years as Auditor or Internal Control Officer.
Place of Work: East District (Dire Dawa)

Position 2: Senior Officer, Shariah Compliance, Review & Secretary
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Law, Islamic Banking & Finance, or other related fields.
- 4 years of experience in a Shariah compliance or advisory role within a financial institution.
- Knowledge of Arabic language is an added advantage.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: Senior IT Auditor
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related IT fields.
- 4 years of work experience, including 2 years as an IT or Systems Auditor.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Manager, Internal Audit
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
- 5 years (Master’s) or 7 years (Bachelor’s) of banking experience, including at least 2 years as Senior Officer, Principal Officer, or Team Leader in audit.
