Position Overview: Card Payment Switch Officer I
EthSwitch S.C. is seeking a Card Payment Switch Officer I to join its dynamic team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates with a background in computer science or software engineering who are eager to begin their careers in financial technology and payment systems.
The role focuses on supporting daily operations and maintenance of the national card payment switch while assisting in onboarding, testing, and client support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the card payment switch.
- Participate in onboarding new institutions to card payment switch products.
- Support testing and validation when system or application changes occur.
- Provide technical support to clients for project implementation and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Education: BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to learning and professional growth in the fintech sector.
