Its mission is to improve the socio-economic conditions of members and communities through effective mobilization of savings and access to credit services.
Position Overview: Call Center Officer
Henosis SACCOS is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Officer to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple customer interactions, and an understanding of SACCO operations and customer service principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information on products and services.
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Meet performance metrics such as Average Handle Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members through effective communication.
- Identify opportunities to promote or upsell financial products and services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Management, Cooperative Management, Communication, Journalism, or related field.
- Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of labor law, public relations, and communication concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
