Vacant Positions & Requirements
1. Junior Administrative Assistant
Minimum Qualification:
- Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, Management, or related fields
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
Salary: As per Bank’s scale with attractive benefits
Place of Work: Head Office
2. Banking Business Officer I
Minimum Qualification:
- B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields
- 1 year of branch banking experience, including 6 months as Junior Officer or equivalent
Core Competencies:
- Sales and Marketing
- Customer Experience
- IFB Product Knowledge
- Problem Identification and Solution
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
3. Junior Legal Officer
Minimum Qualification:
- LLB in Law
- 1 year of experience in legal service area
Place of Work: Head Office
