Position 1: Senior Full-Stack Developer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Software Engineering
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- Or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Experience building:
- ERP systems
- CRM platforms
- Inventory systems
- HR systems
- Logistics or business management applications
- Experience developing multi-user dashboard systems
- Strong understanding of scalable software architecture
- Experience with APIs and cloud-hosted applications
- Experience using GitHub or other version control systems
- Strong practical experience and portfolio may also be considered
Position Summary
The Senior Full-Stack Developer will lead the development of Walta OS and future digital products. The role focuses on designing scalable systems, business applications, APIs, databases, and workflow automation solutions aligned with operational business needs.
Key Responsibilities
System Development
- Design and develop scalable web applications and dashboards
- Convert business workflows into digital systems
Database and Infrastructure
- Develop and manage databases and backend infrastructure
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability
Workflow Automation
- Improve business operations through process automation
Security and Access Control
- Implement system security measures and user access controls
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with management and technical teams
- Participate in software planning and operational improvements
