Position Overview: Sales Person
Dema Hope Real Estate is seeking energetic and customer-focused Sales Persons to support its growing real estate sales operations. The role involves identifying prospective clients, promoting real estate products, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Candidates with strong communication and sales skills, especially those with real estate sales experience, are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Acquisition
- Identify and prospect potential customers using effective sales techniques
- Generate leads and expand the client network
- Promote and present real estate products and services to potential buyers
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property solutions
- Respond to inquiries and address customer concerns professionally
Sales Performance
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies
Reporting and Market Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Experience
- Previous sales experience required
- Real estate sales experience is highly preferred
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and negotiation abilities
- Ability to achieve sales targets under pressure
- Good organizational and reporting skills
- Teamwork and relationship-building capability
