Position Overview: Branch Sales & Customer Service Officer
Oromia Bank is seeking qualified and customer-oriented candidates for the position of Branch Sales & Customer Service Officer.
The role focuses on providing customer service support, promoting banking products, handling customer transactions, and supporting branch sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Operations
- Provide efficient and professional customer service at branch level
- Respond to customer inquiries and banking service requests
- Support account-related transactions and branch operations
Sales and Business Development
- Promote banking products and services to customers
- Support branch-level sales targets and customer acquisition activities
- Build strong customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction
Operational Support
- Ensure compliance with banking procedures and operational standards
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
- Work collaboratively with branch staff to achieve performance goals
Required Qualifications
Education
BA Degree in one of the following fields:
- Economics
- Business Management
- Finance
- Accounting
- Related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year related banking experience
