1. Corporate Customer Relationship Officer
Educational Requirements
- BA Degree in:
- Banking and Finance
- Economics
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Management
- Marketing
- A related field
Experience
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in:
- Banking
- Microfinance
- Corporate relationship management
- Resource mobilization
- Business development
- Financial services
- Demonstrated experience managing corporate or institutional customers is preferred.
Terms of Employment: Permanent
Salary: As per the institution’s salary scale

2. Attorney
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Law.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of civil and commercial codes.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Local language knowledge is advantageous.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer skills are advantageous.

4. Manager – Human Resources Operation
Educational Requirements and Experience
Master’s Degree:
- Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 years of demonstrated experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
Bachelor’s Degree:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
- 8 years of demonstrated experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.

5. Manager – Legal Advisory Division
Educational Requirements and Experience
Master’s Degree:
- Master’s degree in Law.
- 6 years of demonstrated experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position, preferably in a leading organization.
Bachelor’s Degree:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 10 years of demonstrated experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position, preferably in a leading organization.
Additional Requirements
Candidates should have:
- Proven ability to provide accurate and effective legal counsel.
- Experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
- Ability to develop comprehensive contract documents that help mitigate organizational risks and penalties.
- Ability to add value to an organization through effective legal advisory services.
