1. Manager – Digital Media Management Division

Educational Requirements
- BA Degree in:
- Marketing Management
- Communications
- Public Relations
- Journalism
- Business Administration
- Information Technology
- A related field
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or media management.
- Experience in banking or financial institutions is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Additional Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a related field is an advantage.
- Training in Digital Media Management is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, implement, and monitor digital media strategies that promote the Bank’s brand, products, and services.
- Manage the Bank’s online presence and digital marketing activities.
- Develop and manage marketing messages across social media, Google Ads, website content, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Support the Bank’s digital sales and customer engagement activities.
- Strengthen the Bank’s corporate image and reputation through consistent and effective marketing communication.

2. Manager – Graphics and Documentation Division

Educational Requirements
- BA Degree in:
- Graphic Design
- Visual Communication
- Fine Arts
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- A related field
Additional Qualifications
Advanced certifications or specialized training in any of the following is an advantage:
- Graphic Design
- UX/UI Design
- Web Development
- Digital Media
- Related disciplines
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Additional Training
- Master’s Degree in a related field is an advantage.
- Professional training in Marketing Management is an advantage.
- Professional training in Graphic Design, Web Development, Digital Content Creation, or related areas is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage the Bank’s graphic design, audiovisual production, and documentation functions.
- Support corporate communication, marketing, and branding strategies.
- Lead the development of creative and multimedia content for:
- Print media
- Digital platforms
- Social media
- Ensure consistency with the Bank’s brand identity and communication standards.
- Manage and monitor documentation activities.
- Coordinate video recording and photography during Bank events and other occasions.
- Manage the delivery and use of photographs and other visual materials for promotion, advertising, and annual reports.
