Position 1: Messenger
- Education: Diploma in any field (business-related fields preferred)
- Experience: No experience required
- Key Competencies: Adaptability, Communication, Attention to detail
Position 2: Customer Service Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Business or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in a business organization
- Key Competencies: Strong communication skills, Active listening, Computer proficiency
Position 3: Accountant
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a business organization
- Key Competencies: Accounting principles, Financial software knowledge, Accuracy and attention to detail
Position 4: Underwriting Officer II
- Education: BA Degree in Economics, Statistics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the insurance sector
- Key Competencies: Customer service, Insurance underwriting, Insurance operations, Technical proficiency
Position 5: Underwriting Senior Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Economics, Statistics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in the insurance industry
- Key Competencies: Multi-class underwriting, Advisory skills, Client communication, Software skills
Position 6: Senior Accountant
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a business or financial institution
- Key Competencies: Advanced accounting practices, Financial modeling, Excel expertise, Experience in insurance or financial services preferred
Position 7: Finance Manager
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in financial management roles
- Key Competencies:
- Financial reporting and reconciliation
- Payroll, journal entries, and AP/AR management
- Compliance with Ethiopian tax laws and NBE regulations
Position 8: Assistant Underwriting Manager
- Education: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in the insurance industry
- Key Competencies: Underwriting leadership, Communication and advisory skills, Insurance software knowledge, Staff supervision
Position 9: Assistant Claim Manager
- Education: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in insurance claims management
- Key Competencies:
- Claims policy and investigation
- Analytical skills and payment validation
- Process coordination and stakeholder engagement
