Open Positions
Position 1: IT Field Engineer
Location: Addis Ababa
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate IT operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents within agreed SLAs
- Proactively maintain IT systems to reduce downtime
- Deliver clear communication and end-user support to improve satisfaction
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory
- Ensure all IT actions comply with internal governance policies
- Support with clearing: CFB Credit Note, Withholding Tax (WHT), Free Stock, Payments, and Sampling
- Calculate quarterly bad debt provisions and journal entries
- Generate weekly and monthly aging reports; communicate with customers
- Manage promotion approvals and corresponding free stock clearance
- Facilitate group intercompany communications, invoice capturing, PR processing, and PO follow-ups
Position 2: Accountant – Accounts Receivable (AR)
Location: Addis Ababa
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related field
Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Post manual Withholding Tax (WHT) for cash and credit customers not supported by the system
- Monitor employee advance payments and ensure settlement within 30 days
- Ensure advances are deducted from payroll when unsettled and manage employee clearance during termination
- Reconcile quarterly stock consumption with KO (The Coca-Cola Company)
- Prepare and send DSI reports to the group
