Position 1: Digital Payment Officer I
Job Summary:
As a Digital Payment Officer I, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations and maintenance of EthSwitch’s digital payment systems. The role involves transaction monitoring, supporting onboarding for new institutions, and assisting with application testing during system updates or upgrades.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant experience in digital payments or fintech is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor digital transaction flows and system performance
- Support the onboarding process for new financial institutions
- Participate in system testing and configuration changes
- Provide operational assistance to ensure smooth transaction processing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service continuity and optimization
Position 2: Card Payment Switch Officer I
Job Summary:
The Card Payment Switch Officer I plays a key role in maintaining EthSwitch’s card payment switch operations. This includes onboarding new institutions, resolving escalated issues, and testing card payment system changes.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in payment switching or card systems is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding banks and institutions onto the card payment switch
- Support testing for upgrades or system changes
- Provide technical assistance for card payment implementations
- Monitor switch performance and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate with partners to ensure compliance and integration quality
