Position: Trainee Banker (Fresh Graduates)
Tsehay Bank invites high-performing fresh graduates to join its growing team as Trainee Bankers at the Jigjiga branch. This role offers a strong career foundation in one of Ethiopia’s emerging banks.
Minimum Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in one of the following fields:- Accounting and Finance
- Banking & Finance
- Management
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Marketing Management or related disciplines
- Graduation Year: 2023 or 2024 only
- CGPA: 3.25 and above (on a 4.0 scale)
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in Af Somali is mandatory
- Exit Exam: Must have passed the national exit exam
