1. Personnel Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualifications:
- BA in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR as a Personnel Officer
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Location: Addis Ababa
2. General Service Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee company facilities and properties
- Coordinate logistics, maintenance, and utilities
- Monitor inventory and manage vendor relationships
Qualifications:
- BA in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Management, HRM, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general services or facility management
- Effective organizational and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Strategy and Planning Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning and business development initiatives
- Analyze organizational performance and propose improvements
- Manage KPIs and cross-functional collaboration
- Oversee long-term planning and execution tracking
Qualifications:
- BA/MA in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years (BA) or 6 years (MA) of experience in strategy, business planning, or corporate performance
- Strong analytical, data interpretation, and reporting skills
- Experience in team leadership and business analytics tools is a plus
