POSITION: BRANCH MANAGER I
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant banking experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Demonstrated leadership in branch operations, customer relationship management, and team development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the overall branch operations and ensure efficient service delivery
- Manage and develop branch staff to meet performance targets
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal control policies
- Oversee credit risk management, loan disbursement, and recovery processes
- Promote new product offerings and expand customer base and deposit mobilization
- Maintain excellent customer service standards to enhance client satisfaction
- Develop strategies to achieve branch growth and profitability targets
LOCATION
Taiwan Branch – Dire Dawa, Ethiopia
SALARY
