Position 1: Junior Accountant
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0–2 years of professional experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Familiarity with Peachtree, Excel, or similar accounting tools
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Position 2: Architect
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc in Architecture or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in architectural design or drafting
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in CAD and 3D visualization software
- Ability to translate concepts into precise technical drawings
- Strong creativity and collaboration in multidisciplinary settings
Position 3: Mechanical & Sanitary Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc in Mechanical or Sanitary Engineering
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in AutoCAD for MEP layouts
- Sound understanding of plumbing, HVAC, and drainage systems
- Experience in BOQ preparation and site inspections
Position 4: Civil Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in civil works
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of local construction methods and materials
- Familiar with site reporting and technical documentation
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities
Position 5: Technical Head Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc or MSc in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction project supervision
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project leadership and cross-functional coordination
- Expertise in AutoCAD, BOQ review, and construction documentation
- Solid understanding of Ethiopian construction codes and standards
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making on-site
