Position 1: Reception
Location: Addis Ababa
Required Number: 4
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Hotel Management, Hotel Operation, Front Desk, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year experience in the hospitality industry
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Proficient in computer usage; knowledge of Cnet Software is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- High levels of discipline, loyalty, and a willingness to learn
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle guest interactions with care
Position 2: Food Preparation Staff
Location: Bishoftu (Debre Zeit) – Adulala Resort & Spa
Required Number: 6
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Kitchen Operation or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality or resort industry
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene standards
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and time management
- Commitment to high service quality and cleanliness
- Trustworthy, disciplined, and motivated to grow within the culinary field
