POSITION 1: FORM WORK DESIGN ENGINEER
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related fields
- 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop formwork systems for high-rise and complex construction projects
- Analyze structural requirements and coordinate with site and design teams
- Ensure designs comply with safety, quality, and code standards
- Provide technical support during construction and manage revisions as needed

POSITION 2: SENIOR HR ADMIN & ADVISOR
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with 1 year in a senior HR role
- Experience in international construction firms is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations, compliance, and staff advisory support
- Develop strategic HR policies aligned with company vision
- Drive organizational development, training, and talent management initiatives
- Oversee HR administration and provide senior-level HR advice to business units
