Position: Trainee Graduate Program – Farm Operations & Business Units

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in field-based and operations training across farm, logistics, and export sites
- Support core business units including administration, marketing, finance, HR, IT, and supply chain
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and operational excellence projects
- Learn organizational systems, reporting, and cross-functional team collaboration
- Gain exposure to Ethiopia’s leading export business and international standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in:
- Public Administration
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Human Resource Management
- Accounting & Finance
- Marketing Management
- Information Technology
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Other business-related fields
- Graduation Year: 2025 G.C.
- Academic Requirement: CGPA of 3.00 and above
- Experience: Not required (0 years); fresh graduates highly encouraged
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to be deployed in Western Guji, Dilla, or Gedeo Zone farm sites
