Position: Sales Representative – Residential & Luxury Property
Are you an ambitious graduate or early-career professional interested in real estate, marketing, or construction sales? Ovid Real Estate is hiring 50 Sales Representatives to support its expansion and connect clients with the homes of their dreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell residential and luxury housing units to clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and availability
- Build and manage strong relationships with prospective buyers
- Provide property tours, answer inquiries, and facilitate the sales process
- Meet individual and team sales targets through effective client engagement
- Support marketing campaigns and on-site promotional events
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: BA/BSc degree in:
- Marketing
- Business Management
- Engineering
- Or related fields
- Experience:
- 0 to 2 years of work experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Customer service orientation and professional appearance
- Interest in the real estate or construction industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment
