Position: Bank Trainee – Entry-Level Program

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in classroom and on-the-job training covering core banking operations
- Support branch activities including customer service, account handling, and transaction processing
- Learn the fundamentals of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
- Apply ethical and Sharia-compliant principles in daily banking practices
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: BA Degree in:
- Economics
- Management
- Accounting
- Other Business-related fields
- Experience: 0 years (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- GPA Requirement: 2.50 and above
- Year of Graduation: 2024 and later
- Additional Advantage:
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is preferred
