The company is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to support its business-to-business (B2B) growth initiatives by engaging enterprise clients, businesses, and institutions.

Qualification Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in engaging with professionals and business leaders
- Basic understanding of business processes and digital solutions
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
Experience Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in B2B sales or technology-related environments is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Identify, target, and engage potential enterprise clients, businesses, and institutions
- Conduct field visits and meet decision-makers to introduce company solutions
- Present enterprise solutions that align with client business needs
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with key stakeholders
- Support client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities
- Maintain and manage a strong and active sales pipeline
- Achieve assigned sales KPIs, including visits, leads, meetings, and conversions
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
