Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead growth initiatives for our digital products. This role combines strategic marketing with hands-on sales execution to drive revenue, expand market reach, and strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Knowledge of branding, content strategy, and campaign execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience Required
- Minimum 2+ years in marketing, growth, or product marketing
- Proven track record of executing successful campaigns
- Experience in tech environments is an advantage
- Familiarity with analytics tools and CRM systems is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies
- Identify target markets and new business opportunities
- Plan and implement product launch campaigns (digital & offline)
- Generate leads and manage the full sales cycle
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Manage social media, content creation, and brand positioning
- Track and analyze performance to optimize ROI
