Position 1: Customer Service Manager
Lead customer service operations, manage teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer service strategies
- Lead and supervise teams
- Handle escalated issues
- Maintain client relationships
- Track performance & prepare reports
- Ensure policy compliance
Requirements:
- BA in Business/Marketing (Master’s is a plus)
- 6+ years experience (3+ managerial)
- Strong leadership, communication & analytical skills
- Fluent in Amharic & English
- MS Office proficiency
Position 2: Salesperson
Drive sales growth and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities
- Promote and sell products/services
- Build customer relationships
- Meet sales targets
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience (tech sales preferred)
- Degree in Business/Marketing/IT (preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
Position 3: Receptionist & Data Encoder
Support front desk operations and manage data accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- استقبال visitors & manage calls
- Handle correspondence
- Data entry & record keeping
- Support office operations
Requirements:
- BA/Diploma + 2 years experience
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication & organization
- Detail-oriented & reliable
