Position 1: Sales Consultant
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Management, or related fields (preferred)
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and customer-oriented mindset
- Real estate sales experience is advantageous
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Visual Architect
Qualification:
- BSc Degree in Architecture
Experience & Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and visualization
- Strong expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and create compelling visual designs
- Experience with virtual reality and architectural rendering
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Content Lead
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related fields
- Certification in Advertisement Copywriting or Communication Strategy is advantageous
Experience & Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in content creation and copywriting
- Strong understanding of SEO copywriting
- Ability to maintain brand voice consistency
- Excellent attention to detail and marketing communication skills

Position 4: Digital Marketing Manager
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related fields
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Digital Marketing are advantageous
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns
- Experience leading creative and content teams
- Strong knowledge of brand positioning and content strategy
- Experience managing campaign performance and marketing KPIs

Position 5: People & Culture Specialist (Learning and Development)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience & Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management
- Experience coordinating and delivering training programs
- Knowledge of employee development initiatives and performance support programs

Position 6: People & Culture Specialist (Payroll)
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or related fields
Experience & Skills:
- 3–5 years of payroll administration experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws
- Experience in payroll reconciliation, reporting, and audit support
