Available Positions
Position 1: Junior HR Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Support employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and contracts.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and training activities.
Duty Station
Addis Ababa
Position 2: Junior IT Support Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- No prior work experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and connectivity problems.
- Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure and internet connectivity.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment records.
- Ensure data security, system updates, and antivirus protection.
- Document support activities and prepare IT reports as required.
Working Hours
4:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
