Position: Software Sales Representative (5 Openings)
Are you a dynamic tech-savvy professional with a passion for software, digital platforms, and enterprise solutions? Ashewa is hiring Software Sales Reps who can turn conversations into deals and grow Ethiopia’s digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in software and tech solutions.
- Target SMEs, large enterprises, and government clients.
2. Consultative Selling
- Understand client pain points and recommend the right software solutions.
- Demo Ashewa’s platforms including online marketplaces, ERP systems, and custom tools.
3. Relationship Building
- Build trust with clients and offer long-term value.
- Maintain post-sale communication for customer retention.
4. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals.
- Execute strategic sales plans for market penetration.
5. Internal Collaboration
- Work with product, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and pipeline.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in tech/software industries.
- Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP, online marketplaces, software platforms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Mindset: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Tools: CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Suite.
- Travel: Willingness to travel locally as needed.
