Job Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or Business Information Systems
Skills and Competencies:
- Foundational knowledge of ERP systems or business workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering business requirements and analyzing workflows
- Support ERP module setup: Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Procurement
- Assist in data migration, UAT testing, and go-live support
- Deliver user training and provide initial support
- Create user manuals and implementation documentation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Escalate technical issues to senior implementers or devs as needed
