Position: Call Center Officer
Are you a multilingual communicator with a passion for customer support and financial services? Wegagen Bank is hiring Call Center Officers to enhance its customer experience and service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and other channels
- Deliver accurate and timely solutions to banking-related inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to smooth operational flow
- Escalate issues appropriately and follow up to resolution
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Languages (Highly Preferred):
- Proficiency in English, Amharic, Oromiffa, Tigrigna, and Somali
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
