1. Training Coordinator
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Experience in admin roles (preferably educational or IT organizations)
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiar with MS Office and database tools
2. Software Developer & IT Instructor
Requirements:
- BSc in Computer Science, IT, or similar discipline
- Back-end development experience (Node.js, Python, PHP, etc.)
- Knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
- Previous training/teaching experience is a plus
- Time management and strong communication skills required
3. Operations and Marketing Manager
Requirements:
- BA/MA in Marketing, Business, or Management
- 2–4 years of work experience in operations and team leadership
- Strong background in digital marketing, social media, and outreach
- Staff management, customer handling, and workflow optimization experience
- Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced training/tech environment
