Job Position: Manager, IT Service Desk & Auxiliary Systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
    • Computer Science
    • Software Engineering
    • Computer Engineering
    • Information Systems
    • IT or related field

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience, including:
    • 4 years at supervisory or managerial level
    • 2+ years in banking support/auxiliary operations

Preferred Certifications:

  • ITIL Certification or other IT Support/Management Certifications (strongly preferred)

Work Location:

Tsehay Bank Head Office, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
