1. Junior IBO Follow-Up & Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: BA in Marketing Management, Business Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related role
- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate IBO (Independent Business Owners) performance
- Maintain accurate IBO records and data
- Support IBO growth strategies and reporting
- Assist in policy development and performance analysis
- Collaborate in budgeting and operational planning
2. Information Desk Officer / Receptionist
- Qualification: Diploma in Business Management, Personnel Management, or related fields
- Experience: Entry-level or experience in front desk operations preferred
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate company information to visitors and callers
- Manage phone communications and guest accommodations
- Compile and forward internal reports
- Maintain front desk operations and switchboard functionality
