1. Senior Compliance Management Officer
Job Grade: XI
Location: Jimma District Office
Qualifications:
- BA/MA/MBA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields
Experience:
- 4/5 years of general work experience
- At least 1 year as a Senior Compliance Officer, Senior Risk Analyst, or equivalent position
Salary: As per the bank’s scale
2. Manager, Credit Appraisal and Loan Recovery
Job Grade: XIV
Location: West Finfine District Office
Qualifications:
- BA/MA/MBA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Experience:
- 8/9 years of experience in the banking sector
- At least 2 years as Team Leader in Credit Analysis & Appraisal Management, Branch Manager-II, or a comparable position
Salary: As per the bank’s scale
3. Manager, Stakeholders Relationship Management
Job Grade: XIV
Work Locations:
- Adola (Hawassa District – Guji Zone)
- Kellam Wollega (Nekemte District)
- Ghinnir (Shashemene District – East Bale Zone)
Qualifications:
- BA/MA in Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, or Economics
Experience:
- 8/9 years of relevant work experience
- At least 2 years as a Team Leader or Senior Officer-II in employee relations, stakeholder management, or a related banking role
Salary: As per the bank’s scale
